Ori Chips has one mission: make chips a better snack. We have two answers: fry in tallow, and source only the most natural ingredients.

Five promises in every pack

Our tallow is rendered from the fat of cattle raised outdoors on pasture. It is the only fat in the fryer: no seed oils, no blends.

Everything in the pack grew, grazed or dried outdoors. In the Original that is the whole list: potatoes, beef tallow and sea salt.

Portuguese fields
Our potatoes are grown in Portugal, in open fields.
Lifted whole
They are lifted when the skins have set and reach us whole, with the soil still on them.
Sea salt
Sea salt, dried by sun and wind in open pans. It is printed on every pack.

No artificial colors, flavorings or preservatives. The ingredient list is short enough to read standing at the shelf.

Certified gluten free, in all six flavors.

Certified across the range
Potatoes, tallow and sea salt contain no gluten, and the certification covers all six flavors.
Contains beef fat
The chips are fried in beef tallow, so they are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Milk in two flavors
Cheddar Cheese & Garlic and Sour Cream & Parsley contain milk.

Sliced, fried, salted and packed in Portugal, with the flag on every pack.

Tallow rendered slowly
The fat is melted down slowly and filtered. Nothing is added.
Washed and sliced
Whole potatoes are washed and sliced thin, one batch at a time.
Fried in tallow
Each small batch goes into grass-fed beef tallow and comes out when it is golden.
Salted warm
Sea salt and the flavor’s seasoning go on while the chips are still warm, so they hold.
Packed in 125 g
In 125 g packs, 12 to a case.
